Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every project starts with a free estimate, and for anything beyond a small repair we'll come walk the property with you first so the number is based on your actual site, not a guess.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — C&M Innovations, LLC is a licensed and insured general contractor. Ask and we'll show you the paperwork before you sign anything.
Do you build from my plans, or do you help with the design?
Both. If you already have plans, we'll build them. If you're starting with ideas, we'll sit down for a consultation, talk through what you want, and figure out the right path to a set of plans and a price.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Dardanelle and Russellville and take on residential work anywhere in the Arkansas River Valley — roughly a 100-mile radius, including Clarksville, Morrilton, Conway, Ozark, Danville, Paris and the towns in between.
Do you take commercial jobs?
Our focus is residential: custom homes, new builds, framing, remodels and additions. We also frame for other builders and contractors who need a reliable crew.
